MEET YOUR COMMUNITY MANAGERS!
Last month, we launched our exciting new fourth Casino, WindCreekCasino.com. Behind the scenes of our Social Casino are the Community Managers, who are available to support our online Guests 7 days a week. They also supervise auctions, run tournaments, and provide updates on our message boards. So without further ado, please allow us to introduce them!
I have been employed with Wind Creek since 2005, first in the Deli at the Bingo Hall, then I transferred to The Players Club as a Players Club Representative. After about 9 months I became a Supervisor and 6 months later I made Manager. I transferred to the online department about 3 years ago, when we were getting started. Come and join the fun with us!
I have been with Wind Creek for 5 years, before joining the WindCreekCasino.com team in February of 2015. Previously I worked at Player Services, where I was lucky to form many great relationships, and I love continuing that at WindCreekCasino.com! ?I hope this is a place where our Guests will enjoy themselves in the comfort of their own homes, while still receiving that wonderful Wind Creek Guest service!
I was hired as a valet on June 1st, 2009, and at 19 years old, getting to drive all those cars was a dream job. I met a lot of wonderful people coming through the front doors, and that’s where I learned the meaning of good customer service. I moved up when MyClub (now WindCreekCasino.com) started in November 2012. Don’t be a ?stranger - log on and chat me up - I’ll be here!
